Gamelatron Roh Ageng

Description: Roh Ageng, meaning Great Spirit in high Javanese is a set of central Javanese royal court gamelan instruments tuned in Slendro. This set features 4 Hanging Gongs between 85 and 100cm, 5 Kempul (mid-sizd gongs), 5 Kenong (large kettel gongs), Ketuk, and Three 7-key metalaphones: Demung, Saron, and peking. The tones of Roh Ageng are struck with soft mallets and resonate often with long sustain.
